This website belongs to Labooka (the business). The business decides which personal data it collects through this website and why, and is responsible for it.

The website and its online booking are provided by Labooka. Labooka processes your data on behalf of the business, only to run the website and the booking, and does not use it for its own marketing. Labooka's own policy for its marketplace and accounts is at https://labooka.com/en/privacy.

When you book online: your name, phone number and, where asked, email address, the services, specialist, date and time you choose, and any comment you add. We use them to create and manage your appointment and to contact you about it.

When you join a waiting list: the same contact details and the slot you are waiting for.

When you apply for a vacancy (only on websites that list vacancies): your name, phone number, email address, profile link, experience and message.

When you only browse: the website counts visits without cookies. A visitor is a code calculated from your IP address and browser details together with a secret key that changes every day. The IP address and browser details are not stored, and the code cannot be used to recognise you on another day. Search engine robots and browser prefetching are not counted.

To provide the booking you ask for and to contact you about it, including confirmations and reminders by the channels available to the business. To run, secure and improve the website, including aggregate visit statistics. You get marketing messages only if you agree to them when you book, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

This website does not set cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics, and does not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Where a page shows a map, your browser loads it from OpenStreetMap (openstreetmap.org), which receives your IP address and browser details under its own policy. Links to social networks, messengers and map apps open services that have their own policies.

The business, and Labooka together with the infrastructure and message delivery providers it uses to run the booking and send notifications, only as far as needed for that. Your data is not sold. It may be disclosed where the law requires.

Booking and client records are kept as long as the business needs them to serve you and to meet its legal duties. Vacancy applications are kept as long as the business needs them for hiring. Ask the business if you want a record deleted.

Subject to applicable law, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy of the data you provided, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to the competent supervisory authority.
